If you’ve been putting off building a website because it felt overwhelming, expensive, or confusing — this workshop is designed to remove those barriers.

Workshop Schedule

This is a full-day, hands-on workshop designed to move at a steady and manageable pace.

🕙 Start Time: 10:00 AM
🕑 Estimated Finish: Between 2:00–3:00 PM

We will take a short lunch break midway through the session to connect and answer questions.

Internet connection will be provided at the venue.

Investment

Workshop Fee: $130 per business

This includes:

• Domain registration
• Website setup
• WordPress installation
• First year of hosting & maintenance

Beginning in 2027, annual hosting & maintenance will renew at $200 per year.

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
This deposit covers domain registration and initial setup prior to the workshop.

The remaining balance is due on workshop day.

Domain names will be registered in the business owner’s name.

Registration Process

This workshop will move forward once a minimum of 5 businesses are confirmed.

If we do not reach the minimum of 5 confirmed businesses by March 20, the March 31 session will be rescheduled.

Once the minimum is reached:

• You will be contacted to confirm your spot
• You will be asked for your preferred domain name
• A $30 non-refundable deposit will be collected
• Your domain will then be registered and initial setup completed prior to the workshop

Spots are limited to a maximum of 8 businesses to ensure a hands-on experience.

What Hosting Includes

Your annual hosting fee includes:

• Secure website hosting
• WordPress core updates
• Plugin updates
• Security monitoring
• Website backups

You manage your own website content, while technical maintenance is handled for you to keep your site secure and running smoothly.

Preparation Requirements

To ensure your website is completed during the workshop, you must arrive prepared.

A detailed preparation checklist will be provided after registration.

You will need:

• Written content for your pages
• Business logo
• Photos
• Business contact details
• Social media links

This workshop focuses on building and launching your site. Content writing and branding are not included in the session.

Group Size

Minimum: 5 businesses
Maximum: 8 businesses

Keeping the group small ensures everyone receives hands-on guidance and support.
